How do I pay for my course?

Courses must be paid for in full before attending. However, we offer a variety of payment options as follows:

– Online checkout
– Cash or EFTPOS payment during office hours
– Over the phone using a Visa Debit or Credit Card
– Via EFT (details are included within your course invoice and funds must be received prior to course commencement)

For tailored lay-by payment systems, please contact us.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes, even with the best intentions, the best-laid plans go awry. However, from the time that you make your booking your place in the course is held for you. This means that, should someone else want to make a booking and the course is full, we may not be able to take that person.

We ask you to please understand that, should you cancel your booking, the following will apply:
– Cancellation more than 14 days before the course: 100% refund
– Cancellation less than 14 days: we will keep payment, but you can re-book for a future course

Can I purchase a Gift Certificate for someone else to do a course?

Yes, you can! Call us on (07) 5482 8833 to learn more and purchase.

Do I need my own vehicle for the course?

Yes, you need to bring your own vehicle and caravan/trailer for this course so that you can learn how your own towing combination reacts in a range of scenarios.

Will lunch/refreshments be provided?

Chilled drinking water, tea and coffee are readily available. Our on-site kitchen with microwave and refrigerator is available should you wish to bring food or drink with you on the day. Whilst you’re welcome to purchase lunch from a nearby service station, please note that the lunch break is very short.

What do I need to bring on the day of the course?

– Your own vehicle and trailer/caravan combination
– Driver’s licence
– Hat
– Sunscreen
– Lunch and snacks
– Water bottle
– Sensible shoes

Does this course provide official accreditation of any kind?

No, the One Day Course is not RTO-accredited. Please attend the Two Day Safe Towing Course if you are seeking an RTO-accredited Safe Towing Course (Drive and Manoeuvre Trailers AURTGA001).

What is the difference between the One Day and Two Day Safe Towing Course?

The One Day course is a great refresher for those that might just need to update some techniques. The Two Day course is an RTO-accredited course that gives much more practical time and is great for beginners or those with limited towing experience.

Is there enough time in the One Day course to become competent at reversing my caravan?

No, unfortunately there is not enough time on the One Day course to become competent with this manoeuvre. The Two Day course allows much more practical time for reversing and is recommended for a beginner.
